Bryan was the head swimming coach at Frostburg State University from 2018-2021 where he oversaw the Bobcats transition from NCAA DIII to DII. Before that he coached two NCAA All-Americans at John Carroll University as their assistant coach, and spent two years as an assistant at SUNY New Paltz. He has also taught classes in video production and public speaking at New Paltz, John Carroll, and Lincoln Land Community College.
